We design, build, and maintain individually optimized data centers tailored to our customers’ needs. We have primarily designed and implemented liquid-cooled data centers due to their ability to recover waste heat.

We design, build and maintain tailored high power computing data centers

We build data centers that are high power computing designed for high power computing equipment, tailored to the individual needs of our customers. Data center solutions can be designed either into an existing building or as a container implementation for outdoor spaces.  All data centers are built in Finland, enabling more efficient maintenance for optimal operations.  We manage the entire process, from planning to procurement and from construction to maintenance. Our goal is to make investing in a data center and its maintenance as effortless as possible for our customer.

Our technical options

Immersion (oil-based cooling)

Traditionally, data centers recover waste heat by transferring it from the surrounding air into a liquid medium. Immersion cooling, however, takes a more direct and efficient approach by capturing heat directly from the equipment itself into the liquid, bypassing the need for air as an intermediary. This method not only maximizes the use of waste heat but also allows for greater flexibility in combining different equipment models within the same system. In immersion cooling solutions, oil is used as the cooling liquid, providing superior thermal conductivity and performance.

Hydro (water-based cooling)

Water-based (hydro) cooling is typically slightly more expensive than immersion cooling in terms of initial setup. However, in the long term, it offers significant advantages for waste heat utilization, potentially increasing profitability. Hydro cooling requires specialized equipment specifically designed for water-based cooling systems, whereas immersion cooling allows nearly any machine to be submerged directly in the cooling liquid. Water’s superior heat storage properties compared to other liquids enable more efficient heat recovery, making hydro cooling particularly beneficial for applications like district heating. Both methods have strong potential for heat reuse, with the choice depending on the data center’s specific requirements.

Transparent operations: pay only for what you really use

All our processes have been built to support transparent operations, which is why our customers can trust that they only pay for services that they really use. We use a precisely calibrated MID measurement system, where consumption is measured from several different measurement points. With the help of our system, the customer can easily monitor the actual electricity consumption as well as heat and energy readings of their own data center.

A flexible way to increase energy and cost efficiency

We prefer the least consuming, but still as energy-efficient solutions as possible. We’ve built our service set in a way that we can utilize our own solutions to ensure flexibility according to the customer’s situation – reducing costs for example by recovering waste heat or utilizing the reserve market when needed if the data center temporarily has a lower need for use.
